Description

Personalise their headphones with ePaper displays
The Philips TAK6000 lets children create a look that reflects their personality. Customisable ePaper displays on the earcups can show favourite family photos, pictures of pets or their own artwork. Using the Philips Headphones app, simply select an image stored on a mobile device and upload it to the display. The image remains visible even when the headphones are switched off, making it easy to change their appearance without stickers or additional accessories.

Safer listening with adjustable volume limits
These headphones are specially designed for children, with a default volume limit of 75 dB for listening at home or during study time. In noisier environments, parents can use the Philips Headphones app to activate travel mode, increasing the volume limit to 85 dB. This provides flexibility for different listening situations while helping protect children's hearing from excessively loud sound.

Comfortable and easy for children to use
The Philips TAK6000 is designed with children's everyday needs in mind. Soft memory foam ear cushions and an adjustable, padded headband provide a comfortable fit. Large, rounded control buttons are easy for children to find and operate, while tactile dots on the back of the headband help them position the headphones correctly. These thoughtful details make the headphones convenient for both learning and entertainment.

Durable and foldable for everyday adventures
Made from durable materials, these headphones are designed to withstand the demands of everyday use. They can fold flat for convenient storage or fold flat and inwards into a compact shape that fits easily into a bag. Their practical construction makes them ideal for taking to school, on family trips or when visiting friends.

Up to 45 hours of listening time
The Philips TAK6000 provides up to 45 hours of audio playback on a full charge, offering plenty of listening time for music, films and learning activities. A complete charge takes approximately two hours via USB-C. A dedicated Bluetooth button makes pairing simple for children, while multipoint connectivity allows the headphones to connect to multiple devices simultaneously.

Share audio wirelessly with friends
Wireless audio sharing lets children enjoy the same music or other audio content with friends using compatible Philips K6000 or K4200 headphones. One pair connects to the audio source, while the other joins wirelessly. Audio sharing mode can be activated by pressing the multifunction button four times on each pair of headphones, making shared listening simple and enjoyable.

Signature Philips sound and clear conversations
The 32 mm drivers are tuned to deliver the warm, natural sound and deep bass associated with Philips audio. Whether children are enjoying music, films or other entertainment, they can experience clear and engaging sound. A built-in microphone allows them to stay in touch with friends and family, while a noise-reduction algorithm helps minimise background noise during calls.

Parental controls with the Philips Headphones app
The Philips Headphones app gives parents additional control over their children's listening habits. It allows listening time limits to be set and provides a choice between the default 75 dB volume limit and the 85 dB travel mode. The app also makes it easy to customise the ePaper displays, combining practical safety features with creative personalisation.
