Euronics loyalty program may be joined by individuals of over 18 years of age, and by legal entities (corporations, LTD, etc.).
The easiest way to become a member of this program is to register on webpage using e-mail address.
Should any of your personal information change, please update your data either by logging in to the “My Euronics” page, in any Euronics store, or by calling the Euronics Call Centre at 67 555 888.

To return a product purchased from the e-shop, please contact the nearest Euronics retail shop. More information about Euronics customer service every working day 10am-9pm.
Bonus points are credited to the private customer’s account. Bonus points are valid for two years and expire in the order of purchases.
Bonus points are also credited to private customers’ accounts when they pay by bank transfer, provided that they have confirmed their loyal customer status before the invoice is issued. When shopping in the e-shop bonus points are awarded to individuals if they are registered loyal customers of Euronics and have logged in to their account on the website. Bonus points are awarded for hire-purchases as well.
Bonus points accumulated on your account may not be gifted, assigned or otherwise transferred to another person. You can get information about the bonus points on your account by contacting the customer service in any Euronics store, or by logging into the loyal customer environment "My Euronics".
Euronics has the right to amend the terms and conditions of the customer loyalty program unilaterally, by publishing a notice on the Euronics website www.euronics.lv.
