The additional warranty repair time was very long and without interest. Initially, they offered to replace the ear pads (they were really worn out and there are no complaints about that) for money, but they didn't even offer to fix the button not working. After a repeated request, they only fixed the button and returned the headphones. When receiving such service, the question arises, why issue an additional warranty if they don't offer to repair it and you still have to listen to the fact that the product is worn out and everything wears out over time.... Why is it that when buying, they actively offer to purchase a warranty, but when you return it, there is a different attitude and reproaches, which as a buyer I don't have to listen to. After such a situation, a bad impression is formed about the store and its employees, which was not observed before!
Papildu garantijas remonta laiks bija ļoti ilgs un bez ieinteresētības. Sākotnēji piedāvāja nomainīt austiņu uzlikas (tās tiešām bija nodilušas un par to nav sūdzības) par naudu, bet to ka nestrādā poga, pat nepiedāvāja salabot. Pēc atkārtota lūguma tikai tika salabota poga un atgrieztas austiņas. Saņemot šādu servisu rodas jautājums, kāpēc noformēt papildus garantiju, ja netiek piedāvāts salabot un vēl jāklausās, ka prece ir nolietota un viss nolietojas ar laiku…. Kāpēc pērkot tiek aktīvi piedāvāts iegādāties garantiju, bet kad griezies jau ir cita attieksme un pārmetumi, kas kā pircējam man nav jāklausās. Pēc šādas situācijas rodas slikts priekšstats par veikalu un tā darbiniekiem, kas agrāk nebija novērots!
