I used my previous EPSON printer for 5 years - everything was excellent. In less than 2 months, my new printer has already been to the authorized service 3 times. Each time a new problem appears. When I bought this model - from the very beginning it printed with strange lines even after deep cleaning of the printer head. There was always a black spot of ink at the top of the page, the print quality was poor - I took it to the authorized service to fix it - they supposedly fixed it, but then when I copied it - a black line appeared across the entire half of the page. I took it to the service - they supposedly fixed it again, but then suddenly the printer's sheet feeder does not work, because it starts printing 5 cm, wrinkles the page and stops. I took it to the service and then they offered to fix this problem out of warranty for 69 euros or return the same broken printer. I think that maybe I have had a defect, but EURONICS themselves do not take responsibility. I feel like the printer has been in the service center longer than it has been with me in the past 2 months. Is this normal?
Iepriekšējo EPSON printeri lietoju 5 gadus - viss bija izcili. Šobrīd nepilnu 2 mēnešu laikā mans jaunais printeris ir bijis jau 3 reizes uz autorizēto servisu. Katru reizi parādās kāda jauna problēma. Nopērkot šo modeli - jau no paša sākuma tas drukāja ar dīvainām līnijām pat pēc printera galviņas dziļās tīrīšanas. Lapas augšdaļā vienmēr no tintes palika melns pleķis, drukas kvalitāte bija slikta - aizvedu uz autorizēto servisu salabot - it kā salaboja, bet tad tieši kopējot - pa visu puslapu parādījās melna līnija. Aizvedu uz servisu - atkal it kā salaboja, bet tad pēkšņi printerim nestrādā lapu ievilcējs, jo 5 cm sāk drukāt, saburza iekšā lapu un apstājas. Aizvedu uz servisu un tad piedāvāja ārpusgarantijas veidā par 69 eiro šo problēmu novērst vai arī atdod tādu pašu saplīsušu printeri atpaka. Domāju, ka man ir gadījies varbūt kāds brāķis, bet paši EURONICS atbildību neuzņemas. Man liekas, ka printeris pa šiem 2 mēnešiem ir atradies ilgāk servisā nekā pie manis. Vai tas ir normāli?
