Crunchy salad and strawberries: the most delicate foods deserve a special place so they stay fresh longer – in BioFresh safes. In the Fruit & Vegetable safe the temperature is close to 0 °C. Combined here with the constant humidity, thanks to the air-tight closure, unpackaged fruit and vegetables feel particularly at home. You do not have to adjust anything.
Meat & Dairy safe
Do you want the tender veal fillet or fresh milk to stay fresh for as long as possible? The BioFresh safes will ensure this is the case. In the Meat & Dairy Safe, the temperature is close to 0 °C – ideal storage conditions for even the most delicate of foods. And best of all, everything is perfectly adjusted in the factory for immediate use – and for longer freshness.
NoFrost
When you open your freezer, you want to see frozen food – and certainly not ice and frost. NoFrost protects the freezer compartment from unwanted icing, which consumes a lot of energy and can be expensive. NoFrost means no more tedious and time-consuming defrosting of the freezer compartment, more time for other things – and saving money.
DuoCooling
DuoCooling uses two completely separate refrigeration circuits to ensure no air is exchanged between the fridge and freezer compartments. The food neither dries out nor is odour transferred. This means throwing less away, shopping less often, but saving more and greater enjoyment.
Integrated SmartDeviceBox
Your Liebherr may well be standing in the kitchen – but if you want, it can also be connected to the Internet at any time. The integrated SmartDeviceBox opens the door to all the Smart Home benefits. Simply plug it in, switch it on and connect your Liebherr to the network via Wi-Fi.
VarioTemp
VarioTemp means you have plenty of scope when storing food in your fridge freezer. This is because you can also set the accurate temperature in the freezer compartment in a range between −2 °C and +14 °C – and therefore also use this compartment as a further cooling zone. For example, it can be used over the short term for drinks and snacks at parties – or over the long term as a cellar compartment for storing potatoes.
LightTower
Enjoy an optimally illuminated interior: the LightTower shows off the food in its best light and is positioned so that all of your filled fridge is illuminated at all times. The flush mounting of the LightTower in the side walls means there is also more space for your food.
Touch & Swipe display
Control of your Liebherr at your fingertips: thanks to the Touch & Swipe display, you can operate your refrigerator intuitively and with ease. Simply select functions such as SuperCool on the colour display by tapping and swiping. The temperature is controlled just as easily. And, what if you are not actively using the display? Well, it then shows you the actual temperature.
SmartSteel rear wall
The rear wall in elegant SmartSteel gives your Liebherr a stylish look and feel. Your food will also love SmartSteel as stainless steel is food-safe and hygienic. SmartSteel also reduces the visibility of fingerprints – making the appearance even more pleasing.
IceMaker with fixed water connection
Are there any ice cubes left? The IceMaker means you never have to ask. With the IceMaker with fixed water connection, the water comes directly from the tap. The MaxIce function allows you to produce up to 1.5 kg of ice cubes a day. The versatile ice compartment separator lets you choose the amount of ice cubes you want to store; easy and just as you like it.
SoftSystem
From breakfast to a midnight snack – a fridge needs to be open and closed on many occasions. And your Liebherr makes this a lot of fun. With the SoftSystem, your fridge door closes softly and safely, and in a way which is pleasantly quiet and light. Bottles stored in the inside door remain securely in place – nothing rattles or wobbles.
SoftTelescopic
Look forward to opening your BioFresh safes. And this is not just because of the fresh food – but also because opening is so easy, and closing is automatic and cushioned. The telescopic rails slide the safe gently towards you. And because these extend fully, you have the best overview of the contents.
Space for baking tray
Do you want to keep that home-baked fruit pie fresh? Or maybe a prepared pizza to be baked later on? If so, simply slide your baking tray into your Liebherr ¬- it has plenty of space for storing a baking tray. Really convenient – you can slide the baking tray in and out when the door is opened at 90°.
VarioSpace
Looking for somewhere to safely store a multi-tiered ice cream cake until the summer party? No problem for your Liebherr freezer: it knows that sometimes you just need more space. Thanks to VarioSpace, you can simply remove individual freezer drawers – and voilà: here’s your extra-high storage space!
PowerCooling system
Do you want to be sure that the cold is distributed as evenly as possible in your refrigerator? If so, the PowerCooling system is what you need. The fan – as powerful as it is quiet – distributes the cold air efficiently throughout the entire refrigeration compartment.
SuperSilent
Shhh – listen carefully. Your Liebherr is so quiet that you have to strain your ears to hear it. How is this achieved? All refrigeration components such as compressors, valves, fans and evaporators are optimised and perfectly adapted to one another. This means you only hear what you want to hear in your kitchen.
LED freezer compartment lighting
The LED freezer compartment lighting ensures your freezer drawers are pleasantly lit. This makes it even easier for you to find the food you want. The energy-efficient LED unit is elegantly positioned above the drawers to save space.
LED BioFresh lighting
Experience the pleasure of brightly lit fresh fruit and vegetables. The LED BioFresh lighting shows off the contents of your BioFresh safe in its best light. The lighting is positioned centrally above the BioFresh safes and supplemented by LED light columns on both sides. These extend into the topmost BioFresh safe ensuring bright illumination.
Separable glass shelf
If you store a carafe or tall container in the refrigerator, you don't want to have to remove an entire glass shelf. And why should you? Because there are separable glass shelves. Simply slide the front half of the glass shelf under the back half. This allows you to place higher containers at the front and still have enough space for other food.
Convenient height adjustment for glass shelves
Do you need a large container to go in the fridge? If so, simply adjust the heights at which you insert the glass shelves. The convenient height adjustment means this can be done quickly and individually – even with food stored on the shelves.
Language settings
From now on, you and your Liebherr will always get along fine – because it speaks your language. The variable language setting makes this possible. When you start up the appliance, simply select from twelve languages on the display – and operate your Liebherr in the language of your choice.
CleaningMode
Until now, you had to make a decision when cleaning the refrigerator: do I switch it off to save energy, or leave it switched on so I can see? The CleaningMode removes this dilemma. The refrigeration switches off while the lights stay on. This means you can stay totally relaxed while cleaning your Liebherr.
EnergySaver
Do you want to save energy and money at the same time? Your Liebherr will help you do just that – with the energy-saving mode. When you activate the EnergySaver, the standard temperature increases by two degrees. This means your Liebherr needs even less power – and your food stays optimally fresh.
SuperFrost
Want to freeze your fresh food in a way that preserves vitamins? Simply activate SuperFrost – and the freezer compartment will increase its cooling capacity. In this way, the temperature remains constant when you place in unfrozen food. SuperFrost is also energy-saving: if you don't switch off the function manually, it automatically deactivates itself after 65 hours.
Display lock
An illuminated display is a magnet for children's hands – your Liebherr also knows that. That's why there is the display lock. It ensures the settings on your refrigerator are not changed unintentionally. You can also, of course, simply deactivate the display lock.
HolidayMode
Are you going away? Then why not send your Liebherr on holiday too? In HolidayMode, the fan and SuperCool are switched off and your refrigerator regulates its temperature to +15 °C. This saves electricity but still prevents unpleasant odours. The freezer compartment, of course, remains switched on.
SuperCool
You want your fridge to maintain the optimum temperature, even if you have just put shopping in from the market which has been warmed by the sun? This is a case for SuperCool. Once activated, your Liebherr boosts its performance until the fresh food is as cool as the rest of the contents. SuperCool then switches off automatically.
BottleTimer
Done this before? You place a bottle of wine in the ice compartment so that it chills quickly – and forget about it. This will never happen again with the BottleTimer: it provides extra fast cooling by activating SuperFrost. And as soon as the bottle has reached the optimum temperature, your Liebherr reminds you via the app to take it out of the ice compartment.
SabbathMode
On the Sabbath, all activities are at rest – this also applies to electrical appliances. Your Liebherr takes this into account. In SabbathMode, all lighting and displays are switched off and there are no noises generated by actions, e.g. alarms. After 80 hours, the SabbathMode deactivates.
VarioBoxes
Where did I put that little packet of yeast? And where's the tube of mustard? To easily find the small items in the fridge, there are the VarioBoxes. They keep everything clearly arranged and organised in the inside door. Their transparent design means you immediately see what's inside. The boxes are easy to remove – and thanks to the pull-out stop, nothing will fall to the floor- guaranteed.
FreshAir activated charcoal filter
The smell of some foods is sometimes less pleasant. However, this is no problem for your Liebherr. Thanks to FreshAir activated carbon filters, there is always fresh air in the interior. The filter is located right on the air flow in the fan housing and neutralises odours as far as possible. The display reminds you to change the filter.
Egg tray 2in1
Do you like chicken eggs? So does your Liebherr – that's why it has the 2in1 egg tray. This not only provides space for up to 20 chicken eggs, but also for up to 24 quail eggs. The egg tray consists of an outer and an inner part which can be slid into each other in different ways. By turning the tray over, the quail egg holes can be used.
